Howard Goldstein is senior counsel at SG&S.  He was born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.  He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics (summa cum laude) in 1963 from Pennsylvania State University, and his Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) in 1966 from Georgetown University Law Center. 

Mr. Goldstein’s practice is in the representation of businesses in general corporate and real estate transactional matters.  He has represented diverse clients in real estate development, construction and finance matters, and the negotiation and documentation of acquisitions, dispositions and financing of projects for both developer and lender entities.  Mr. Goldstein also handles the formation and maintenance of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. 

Mr. Goldstein is admitted to practice in California and Nevada.
