Loren Deters is an associate at SG&S.  He was born in West Covina, California. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree (cum laude) in Economics from the University of California, Irvine in 1991, and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall) in 1994. While attending law school Mr. Deters was an Associate Editor for the International Tax and Business Lawyer.

Mr. Deters represents businesses and individuals in general corporate and real estate transactional matters. His practice includes advising clients in the formation, governance and dissolution of business entities and the purchase, management and disposition of business interests, tangible and intangible assets and real estate.

Mr. Deters is admitted to practice before the State Bar of California as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
