Megan Mayer is an associate at
SG&S.
She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics (magna cum laude)
from the University of California at Los Angeles. While in college,
Ms. Mayer interned with the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
Ms. Mayer received her Juris Doctor Degree also from the
University of California at Los Angeles. While in law school,
Ms. Mayer served as Editor in Chief of the UCLA Women’s Law Journal,
and published an article that the North Dakota Supreme Court cited as authority.
Ms. Mayer’s practice is in commercial and residential real estate, business
and corporate transactions. Her practice includes the purchase, sale,
financing, leasing, and development of real and personal property,
as well as other business assets. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Mayer
worked in the oil, real estate development, and chemical industries.
Her business experience includes serving as president and director of
several holding companies for ARCO Chemical Company, conducting a
successful market forecast for a real estate developer in Monterey County,
and working as a financial analyst for BP Arco.
Ms. Mayer is a member of the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association.
