Patricia Peard is an associate at
SG&S.
She was born in Preston, Connecticut. She received a Bachelor of Arts in 1991 and a Master of Arts in 1995 from California State University, San Bernardino. Ms. Peard earned her law degree (magna cum laude) in 1998 from Suffolk University Law School, where she served on the Suffolk University Transnational Law Review. Prior to joining SG&S, Ms. Peard served a two-year judicial clerkship for Justice W. Stephen Thayer, III and Justice Linda S. Dalianis of the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
Ms. Peard is a business litigator. Her practice focuses on multi-jurisdictional, complex commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, product liability, insurance law, business torts, and appellate work.
Ms. Peard is admitted to practice in California, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.
