Mr. Albrecht is a partner at SG&S.  He was born in Hemel Hempstead, United Kingdom. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree (magna cum laude) from the California Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1994, where he was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and his Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1998. While in law school, Mr. Albrecht served as a judicial extern to the current presiding judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court, Hon. Charles McCoy, as well as Hon. Daniel Curry.

Mr. Albrecht is a business litigation attorney capable of handling a wide range of complex matters, but concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of complex real estate, financial institutions, financial services and partnership disputes. His current and former clients include a diverse range of secured lenders, financial institutions, small and mid-sized businesses, individuals, cities and municipalities. He is admitted to the State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Albrecht has been selected as one of Southern California's Super Lawyers, Rising Stars from 2009 to 2010, has extensive trial and pre-trial experience in both federal and state courts and frequently utilizes mediation and arbitration to achieve efficient and economical results for his clients.
